About The Position

Shipping Lead - Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO Overseeing and monitoring quality shipment, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency Organizing all outgoing shipments, planning routes, and processing shipments for on-time Delivery Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise Mentoring, coaching, and training the shipping team Keeping track of the productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets Working in conformity with Advance Display policies and procedures Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delays Monitoring to ensure that proper supply levels are maintained. Accountable for all shipping activities Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating the company’s goals and values Taking care of inquiries or order issues related to shipping or transportation matters Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in complied with AD policies and procedures. Examining, identifying, planning and managing special logistics and warehousing processes or operations which involve ensuring accurate and on time shipments. Collaborate with other departments to align shipping schedules with production timelines. Ability to use technology (i.e. inventory management systems, shipping software). Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred. Self-starter Good time management skills Ability to work at a fast pace Strong attention to detail for accurate shipping and order fulfilment. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving shared goals. Preferred Forklift certifications (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) preferred.
