About The Position

Xcal Tools is seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping Lead to oversee daily shipping operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, ensuring products are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Prior shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience required
• Leadership or lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shipping activities
• Prepare and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
• Schedule and coordinate carriers and freight pickups
• Maintain shipping documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
• Train and support shipping team members
• Communicate with production and inventory teams to meet deadlines
