About The Position

Works as a team member in the day to day activities of the Distribution Center. Responsible for conducting daily inventory counts, preparing reports for management to determine product levels, determining & reconciling locations of received & stored products. Meets Bimbo Bakehouse standards in quality, GMP’s, safety, security and productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Forklift experience required (Stand-up Reach).
Mature and conscientious attitude.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with other departments.
Computer literacy a must, with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
Ability to multi-task, be organized & detail-oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends – mandatory overtime.
Good written and oral communication skills in the English language.
Strong math skills.
Ability to work in a freezer environment. (–5 degrees)
Capable of standing for long periods of time, constant movement required.
Should have successfully completed the required probationary period.
Must not have a Final Written Warning within the past 12 months.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of B-PCS a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Manages inventory of materials, parts, and finished products.
Conducts a daily physical inventory (cycle) count and maintains database of inventory products.
Perform random immediate inventory spot-checks to ensure product availability and furnish reports on product levels to management within a brief time-frame.
Performs audits of inbound & outbound loads.
Participate in physical inventories as required.
Assist in warehouseman duties if necessary.
Performs other duties and assignments as directed.
