PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing outbound shipments, including preparation of shipping documents in ERP Verify customer is ready for delivery by communicating with the customer prior to shipment Maintaining and communicating the shipping schedule and adjusting for customer needs Maintains accurate inventory of tanks finished accessory products and advise Purchasing Supervisor of any special items to be ordered to meet customer needs Interacts with customers, outside sales, inside sales, sales management, engineering, and manufacturing personnel to accomplish duties Supervises employees engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment Process completed shipments in the ERP system Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Three years of verifiable work experience JOB REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to type, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear Shift or overtime work may be required Standing and walking 6 to 8 hours daily Bending/Stooping 6 to 8 hours daily Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularly Travel less than 10% TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Microsoft Office Ability to use ERP system Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment PAY RANGE $ 30.00 - $32.00 per hour
