About The Position

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience – required
- Basic knowledge of WMS, as well as Google Docs and Sheets experience
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Highly detailed oriented with a drive for excellence
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience – preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all shipping processes from order receipt to delivery
- Address and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies promptly
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and all warehouse employees, via email and other means as needed
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and safety standards
