About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Coordinator to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for coordinating freight shipments, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate shipping records, and ensuring materials move efficiently through the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse systems such as SAP, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience using SAP for shipping or warehouse operations
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification preferred with at least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule freight shipments with carriers
• Create and manage shipping documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Place freight orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure materials are ready for shipment
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when needed
• Keep the shipping area organized and follow safety procedures
