Experience in shipping and receiving is helpful, but we believe the right mindset is just as important as skills. Requirements

• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (shipping systems, email, data entry)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs, with a 70-lb maximum (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pack products for shipping and ensure accuracy
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Operating a forklift and pallet-moving equipment
• Verify incoming material against bills of lading
• Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate with customers
• Move materials to appropriate locations on the production floor
• Support other shipping and receiving functions as needed
