We are searching for one attention to detail focused Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Vertical Dimensions team at Vantage Elevation. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
Knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and regulations.
Proficiency in using computer.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes and packages up to 50 LBS.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to measure within 1/16”

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials.
Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against shipping documents.
Record and track shipment details in a computer database or manual log.
Package, label, and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
Select and arrange carriers and transportation modes based on shipment characteristics and destination.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Identify and report any shipment discrepancies, damages, or other issues.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards.
Fill in for additional general warehouse duties & activities.
Forklift loading & offloading.
