Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
  • Frequently required to move throughout the facility
  • Regularly required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25+ pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pick/packing
  • Experience with UPS and FedEx software

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control review of each order
  • Check in orders
  • Aggregate, package, and prepare orders for shipment via parcel and LTL carriers
  • Utilize PC-based systems to prepare shipping documents and labels
  • Maintain a clean work environment and the equipment needed to ship orders in a timely manner
  • Follow safety requirements for the position
  • Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
  • Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
  • Complete shipping reports
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
