Job Summary: We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Window Clerk to join our manufacturing shipping team. The Window Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the window operations within the shipping department, facilitating the efficient and accurate processing of customer and driver pickups. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and internal team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed to meet shipping deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into shipping databases and systems.
Assist customers or drivers who arrive at the shipping window.
Ensure drivers receive accurate paperwork.
Maintain communication with Quality Control to ensure all jobs are properly inspected before departing the facility.
Provide support to the shipping team as needed, including filing, scanning, and other general office tasks.
