About The Position

Coordinate the flow, control the handling and storage of raw materials, finished goods and labels through the warehouse by effectively using available areas. Ensure accuracy of raw materials, finished goods and label inventories. Ensure building, forklifts, and palletizers are maintained at optimum operating levels.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Proficient (or ability to become proficient) use of Word/Excel and various inventory system.

Responsibilities

  • Assign/pick orders
  • Schedule appointments for inbound and outbound trucks
  • Enter data into PMOS
  • Manage/store records according to the Records Management Program
  • Assist with monthly inventory
  • Back-up to Supervisor
  • Serve as backup for the 1st‑shift Shipping Clerk, performing assigned duties during absences or periods of increased workload.
  • Enter data into and maintain shipping efficiency spreadsheet
  • Track truck detention
  • Daily production entry
  • Enter movement sheets
  • Sort BOL’s
  • Schedule/arrange delivery trucks
  • Receive inbound packages/supplies scan/complete in M3
  • Prepare and verify orders for next day
  • Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety and environmental rules and regulations
  • Communicate with scheduler
  • Perform other duties as assigned
