Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent certification
Previous experience in warehouse shipping and receiving process and documentation
Knowledge of inventory and shipping procedures
Excellent computer skills and ability to use and learn multiple internal systems
Experience with inbound and outbound shipping documentation
Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
Work with a team and be flexible with work schedule
Ability to speak, read, and write English

Responsibilities

Inventories finished goods as scheduled.
Complete all inbound, outbound documentation.
Processes local shipments as received.
Processes picklists into computer and processes receipts as received.
Ensure that outgoing orders and shipments are complete and correct.
Identifies, tracks, and resolves inventory and shipping errors, problems, or delays.
Follows established safety and quality standards.
Meet deadlines.
Assists and supports area personnel as needed.
Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns, providing suggestions for improvement.
Completes records and reports accurately and timely.
Attend meetings as required.
Assumes other duties as assigned.
Ensure that the work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Completes special projects as assigned.
