About The Position

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and processing outgoing shipments of raw materials, components, and equipment used in aerospace manufacturing. This role ensures that all shipped goods comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies before being moved into inventory or production.

Requirements

High school or equivalent
1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or receiving role (preferably in aerospace or manufacturing)
Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Proficiency in ERP Visual systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross- functional teams.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with aerospace materials, documentation and traceability requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for counting, packaging, computer transactions with Visual and Customer Portals, Inventory control and shipping of product,
Count package marked parts in accordance with Pursuit Aerospace marking card and Customer Specification
pre- pack to ship on schedule (SOS) per Customer Requirements
Maintain inventory in SOS computer inventory system
Working form customer requirements, package parts, and generate packing slips and label s and forward to respective customer release agent for final review and sign off.
Insert final dunnage, customer required paperwork, seal box and apply pertinent labels
Record final execution and mode of transportation for shipment.
Place box on appropriate rack for pick up.
