Requirements

• Ability to follow the instructions of assigned crew leader.
• Ability to work alone or within a group.
• Ability to bend or twist.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Practice Workplace Housekeeping.
• Additional Duties as Assigned.
• Normal work hours- 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
• Depending on workload, personnel are required to work late as needed to complete the day’s orders. Saturday work will be determined by Operations manager.
• 1 year warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Solid skills in MS Office, specifically with Excel.
• Ability to pay attention to the smallest details
• Ability to learn quickly and the desire to improve old processes.
• Ability to work hard and under the pressure of deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task within all possible areas of our warehouse.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks outbound orders systemically.
• Creates and edits Production Orders to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Prints and organizes shipping paperwork for the day.
• Assists in creation of specialized shipping documents.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and reporting.
• Performs other warehouse duties as needed under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
• Add pallet labels to correct pallet with correct box counts.
