About The Position

Review and enter load sheets.
Generate bills.
Print, scan and copy bills.
Produce inventory and product reports.
Receive product into inventory and bill as appropriate.
Communicate with and assist drivers as needed.
Ensure accuracy of accounting system data related to shipping.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• General accounting experience required.
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Especially excel and Outlook).
• Excellent math skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
