As a Shipping Clerk, you will handle all shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of parcels and freight through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Your knowledge of LTL shipments and warehouse management systems will be essential to maintaining smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a shipping role.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
  • Hands-on experience with parcel and freight carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortable with prolonged standing and walking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.

  • Forklift license

Responsibilities

  • Prepare parcels for shipment using multiple carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • Coordinate LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse management systems to monitor inventory and track shipments.
  • Inspect and verify outgoing shipments to ensure they meet all specifications and quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory areas to support efficient material storage and handling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all shipping activities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse standards to ensure a secure working environment.
