Ensuring all load documentation and diagrams are verified and accurate for billing purposes. Partners with supervisor and QA to assist with releasing loads. Generates bill of lading based on documentation and load diagrams. Completes load information on the appropriate forms and databases. Collects and prints necessary papers for shipping and receiving. Collects information to produce reports and data entry. Ensures drivers have proper paperwork before load is released. Establishes when pre-shipment is needed. Maintains information and communication regarding all trailer issues as well as shortage requests/releases. Notifies shuttle drivers when trailers need to be pulled or placed at dock. Keeps schedule and lot layout up to date. May schedule receiving and inbound appointments.
