About The Position

The Shipping Clerk – Fulfillment & Film Operations supports the Fulfillment Manager in daily logistics operations, shipping coordination, and film handling. This role functions as operational support within the department and assumes delegated responsibilities related to order processing, label creation, shipment tracking, and project follow-ups. This position supports both digital (hard drives, USB, technical equipment) and film-based operations (35mm, 5/70mm, and 15/70mm formats).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years shipping/warehouse experience
• High School Diploma required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx ShipManager
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Professional communication skills
• Detail oriented and dependable

Responsibilities

• Review shipping notices, invoices, bills of lading, and internal work orders
• Receive and process incoming shipments
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and condition verification.
• Generate and print shipping labels (UPS WorldShip, FedEx ShipManager)
• Estimate shipment weights and dimensions for cost planning
• Pull, pack, and stage shipments for courier pickup
• Coordinate daily deliveries and maintain communication with carriers
• Maintain shipping supply inventory
• Keep detailed shipping and receiving records
• Prepare regular reports for supervisor review
• Maintain vehicle mileage logs
• Schedule large freight shipments and coordinate warehouse staging
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck safely
• Secure and organize warehouse inventory
• Assist with duplication of hard drives and USB media
• Perform local vendor runs as required
• Maintain clean and organized shipping and warehouse areas
• Assist in running daily fulfillment orders
• Manage label creation and shipment documentation
• Follow up on active logistics projects
• Track shipment status and delivery confirmations
• Support shipping calendar planning
• Serve as backup support for Fulfillment Manager when necessary
• Assist with preparation and shipment of motion picture film materials
• Handle and inspect 35mm, 5/70mm, and 15/70mm (1570) film formats
• Support film build-up and breakdown procedures
• Understand reel configuration and labeling standards
• Prepare film for transport, storage, and exhibition
• Maintain proper storage conditions for film materials
• Coordinate with projection teams as needed
• Required to drive to vendors for Film delivery and pick-up support
