About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating freight shipments, preparing shipping documentation, tracking deliveries, and assisting with warehouse activities as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
This position works closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure materials move efficiently and shipments are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks

Nice To Haves

• Experience using SAP or other warehouse management systems preferred
• Forklift certification preferred with at least 3 years of forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule freight shipments with carriers
• Create and manage shipping documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of outgoing freight
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure orders are ready for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
• Keep shipping and warehouse areas organized and compliant with safety standards
