Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Clerk to support shipping and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll handle packing slips, ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) submissions, and customer portal requirements while ensuring all shipping documentation—such as invoices and bills of lading—is accurate and complete. You’ll coordinate and route outbound freight, schedule pickups and deliveries, verify order details, and track shipments from start to finish. This position requires someone organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams, and keeping a clean, organized workspace.
