About The Position

Connectronics Corp, a HEICO company, is a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies. Our connectors are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, entertainment, medical and nuclear. We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH for a Shipping Clerk who will also be assisting in other departments as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months’ experience in stocking, shipping, logistics, or related fields
Able to work with minimal supervision
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Capable of lifting, pushing, and/or pulling up to 30lbs
Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Prep small fragile parts for shipping.
Determine shipping method for materials and provide options and requirements in response to shipping requests.
Contact carriers to issue specific instructions/arrangements for shipping and delivery of materials.
Utilize computer system to generate labels, paperwork, and reports.
Bulk package shipments onto pallets, including wrapping and strapping.
Perform accurate inventory checks.
Filing, data entry, other small office tasks.
Sorting and putting away shipments.
Special projects in various departments as needed.
Entry level tasks in production and molding departments.
