Maintain all essential duties and responsibilities of a Shipping Clerk I position. Minimum duties include executing pick ticket launches, iNet staging, quality control, order processing, hazmat quality control, closing the end of the day, international shipping experience, and kitting in accordance with work instructions and standard operating procedures. Lead Daily Management and ensure key metrics are provided and updated. Actively support and participate in a continuous improvement environment and other Lean activities through FBS, Kaizen, and 6S programs. Demonstrated commitment to our Core Value Drivers, FBS, and the ISC Kaizen program to eliminate waste, and improve quality. Demonstrated the ability to work as a team player across departments and shifts. Organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures. Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with colleagues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent interpersonal skills Work experience in shipping operations Basic PC and Microsoft 365 skills Familiar with Oracle EBS Experience with International shipping Familiar with BluJay, UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping software Multi-Modal Hazardous Material compliance Practical knowledge of Industrial Scientific products, services, and applications Demonstrated experience in Oracle eBS Familiar with IATA, DOT, and IMO shipping requirements Minimum 1 year working in a shipping environment. DOT, Hazmat or Multi-Modal Hazardous Material compliance High School or equivalent experience in shipping or warehousing.
