The Shipping team at Earthley is seeking a Shipping Associate. This individual is responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring timely and efficient shipping, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the packing area. This role involves using the ShipBob WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track and manage orders, while adhering to company values, policies, and procedures to maintain a high standard of work.

Requirements

Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems, such as ShipBob, or willingness to learn new software.
Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and processed.
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move packages throughout the day.
Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours a day.
Ability to lift 30 pounds above your head.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements using ShipBob WMS, ensuring all items are correctly selected, packaged, and ready for shipment.
Clean and restock packing stations according to 5S standards, ensuring work areas are organized, efficient, and safe.
Clear empty bins from inventory locations and return them to appropriate storage areas to ensure optimal space usage and prevent clutter.
Maintain consistent attendance.
Consistently follow company values, policies, and procedures to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
