About The Position

All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control , Fasteners Plus , and Ecofoil brands. All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times. Requirements

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs.
• This position requires constant movement and use of limbs.
• Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements.
• Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
• Audit orders for accuracy.
• Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
• Fulfill the order in the ERP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
• Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
• Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.
• Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.
• Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
• Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.
• Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
