About The Position

At Crystal D, we create products that turn emotions into memories. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Shipper to help pack and ship high-quality products that delight our customers. What You’ll Do Accurately pack and ship products by following Sales Work Orders and production instructions. Handle products with care to ensure quality and prevent damage. Keep production and shipping systems up to date. Work safely, following all Crystal D and OSHA safety standards. Meet productivity and quality expectations every day. Crosstrain and jump in to help other areas when needed. Use lean tools and 5S practices to keep the workspace clean and efficient. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in a production or assembly environment. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English. Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment. Reliable transportation.
