About The Position

Job Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Specialist is responsible for coordinating, processing, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including hazardous materials and international orders. What you'll be doing: Prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and carrier documentation. Assign and maintain accurate HTS codes for exported products. Coordinate with freight forwarders, custom brokers, and international carriers. Receive incoming deliveries of material, components, and supplies from both domestic and international sources. Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Report any discrepancies to the Purchasing Department. Enter received goods into ERP system and label materials as required. Request and provide delivery cost estimates. Additional responsibilities as needed.
