Shipping and Receiving Specialist - Level 2
About The Position
As a Shipping and Receiving Level 2 here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving processes, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics operations. You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and you'll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods. Your attention to detail and ability to manage inventory will contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices.
- Must have SAP knowledge
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Must have MS apps experience, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of materials.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management processes.
- In charge of high revenue orders
