Requirements

5+ years exp in warehouse supervision/ management
Supervise team members, monitor performance
Train new team members
Receive products, ship orders, operate forklifts, RF scanners and WMS

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of shipping and receiving, providing direction, motivation, and performance management for supervisors and associates.
Oversee inventory control processes including receiving, put-away, cycle counts, reconciliations, and error investigations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage shipping activities by training staff, assigning orders, and implementing effective outbound processes to meet customer commitments.
Drive continuous improvement through cost reduction, productivity gains, error reduction, and root cause analysis of shipping/receiving issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and corporate standards while fostering communication through regular staff meetings.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning equipment to maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations.
Conduct personnel reviews, corrective actions, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team.
