About The Position

Temp Shipping clerk needed in Fort Worth. NEEDS SOMEONE THAT HAS HAD DIRECT SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE. Shift is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Training period will be conducted Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting rate $18.00 hr.

Requirements

• Computer Skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of Blind shipments, 3rd party shipments, drop shipments
• Knowledge of shipping systems such as UPS and FedEx, Express or overnight (air), standard ground, freight
• Forklift Experience
• Pallet jacks
• Direct Shipping and Logistics Experience

Responsibilities

• Determine shipping freight classes and provide shipping quotes as needed.
• Audit & correct company shipping errors such as un-posted shipments, in systems/out of system shipments, etc.
• Organize and place all shipment packages and shipping documents for pickup by shipper.
• Provide shipping quotes to Customer Care.
