About The Position

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing merchandise in a high-end menswear retail environment. This role ensures that shipments are received accurately, processed efficiently, and prepared for sales floor presentation. The associate also helps maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years' experience in retail stock, shipping/receiving, or warehouse environment (menswear/fashion preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a luxury retail environment

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments; inspect and verify contents against purchase orders/invoices.
Unpack, tag, and organize merchandise according to brand and department.
Prepare, package, and ship customer and inter-store orders accurately and promptly.
Handle return shipments, vendor returns, and damages in compliance with company policies.
Maintain organized and clean stockroom areas.
Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Communicate any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to the appropriate team.
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as directed.
Assist in visual merchandising setup with timely stock delivery.
Collaborate with sales staff to fulfill client orders or special requests.
Operate handheld scanners, POS systems, and shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).
Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company procedures.
Maintain records and documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
