Requirements
- 1+ year experience in an administrative role
- 1+ year experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) in a business setting
- candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality, professional service to customers, carriers and teammates
- General knowledge of inventory tracking and control
- Billing billets and finished goods via trucks and railcars
- Coordinating scale activity of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Controlling truck flow by appointment times using Dock Scheduling
- Provide daily reports for Shipping Department
