A Day in the Life The Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk I role at the North Haven site supports daily manufacturing and operational needs by ensuring materials are received, stored, and moved accurately and efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining continuity of operations by leveraging prior site knowledge, established workflows, and existing systems and tools used at North Haven. Shipping/Rec/Stores Clerks directly ensure materials flow smoothly to support manufacturing and operational demands at this site and other destinations. Requirements

  • To be considered for this role, please ensure the following information is evident on your resume
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in medical device industry shipping and receiving departments
  • Direct prior experience working at the Medtronic North Haven site
  • Familiarity with site-specific shipping, receiving, and inventory systems used at North Haven.
  • Proven ability to navigate Medtronic operational tools and processes with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or operations environments where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

Responsibilities

  • Support shipping, receiving, and stores activities to ensure materials are available to meet operational and manufacturing needs at the North Haven site.
  • Perform day-to-day material handling tasks using established North Haven processes and workflows.
  • Utilize site-specific systems and tools to track, receive, store, and issue materials accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records and transactions to support inventory accuracy and operational traceability.
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
  • Follow site safety, quality, and compliance requirements while performing shipping and receiving activities.
