Based on a survey conducted with 3,258 Cirkul Customers As a Shift Supervisor for Cirkul, you will play an important role in Cirkul’s geographic expansion to a Western state. As a supervisor you will be focused on driving production, setting direction, managing employee relations, and solving problems to drive the business forward at all times.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of manufacturing supervision or production driven management experience
  • Knowledge of production and quality systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds in a warehouse environment
  • Willingness to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience
  • Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • DTC Fulfillment and/or retail buildout leadership is highly desirable
  • Experience managing HR systems including timesheets, time-off, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Results: Driving the team to build, maintain and improve DTC Fulfillment and Retail buildout operations with focus on optimizing KPIs including safety, quality, production, cost, and staffing to world-class levels
  • Taking Ownership: Be self-motivated, dedicated, and willing to provide feedback on people, systems, and processes as necessary
  • Making Decisions: Oversee staff including training, scheduling, managing and escalating HR issues as well as completing team member reviews
  • Cultivating Relationships: Working cross functionally to ensure department is running as expected while providing input to drive safety, quality and productivity
  • Instilling Trust: Leading with integrity, setting direction and providing ongoing coaching to team
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that Cirkul's safety, quality and production standards are being met to deliver a high-quality product to our customers every time
