This role, Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker), involves providing outstanding customer service, building solid customer relationships, promoting sales, and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.   • Minimum 1 years of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics
  • Sales background
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items
  • Lead and influence Team Members around you through coaching and hands-on involvement
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition
  • Process loans and extensions
  • Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
  • Performing opening and closing store procedures
  • Supervising and coaching store Team Members
