We are currently hiring for Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) and offer a comprehensive benefits package to help achieve optimal work/life balance. Completing the initial 5-week paid training program earns a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Leadership skills can be enhanced through structured leadership training programs. Following the Career Path allows application for a Store Manager in Training position, which includes a 12-week training program to build the foundation to run your own store. As a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker), you will provide outstanding customer service, build solid relationships with customers, promote sales, and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items. This role offers career growth in a retail environment, connecting with the community, making a positive difference, and leading/influencing Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement. The Shift Manager is responsible for providing a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition.   • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items

  • Processing loans and extensions
  • Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
  • Performing opening and closing store procedures
  • Supervising and coaching store Team Members
