About The Position

The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. This role involves receiving and preparing merchandise for display, efficiently breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, and building product displays. Additionally, the Shift Manager is expected to greet guests on the salesfloor, assist them in finding items, and provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director
  • Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • Prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising
  • Efficiently and effectively break down deliveries
  • Stock the shelves
  • Build displays with packaged products
  • Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift
