About The Position
Winslow’s Table, part of the Take Root Hospitality family, is looking for a reliable and professional Shift Lead for evening hours (typically ending around 8:30pm-9:00pm) and Sundays (with the option of opening or closing that day). This role combines basic leadership responsibilities with a strong emphasis on customer service and operational duties.
Responsibilities
- Support the team
- Handle cash closing
- Ensure the restaurant is securely locked up at the end of the night
- Resolve guest issues
- Handle end-of-night procedures like closing the register, tracking sales, and securing the restaurant
