About The Position

Blueprint Skilled Services is currently hiring an entry level position as a Recruiter. We are a Commercial Construction temporary staffing company with job sites in Denver Metro/Northern Colorado areas. We focus on a variety of projects including Office Buildings, Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Multi-Family buildings and many others. Recruiter Role: Staffing Manager is key to our operation and is integral to supporting our clients and in hiring Skilled Tradespeople including Electricians, Carpenters, Helpers & Laborers. The focus of this role is to identify, source, and qualify candidates for work on Commercial Construction sites. We offer a fast-paced environment with the opportunity for both personal and professional growth. We are a locally owned company based in Lakewood and Northern Colorado. Our Staffing Managers work with construction personnel, developing long-term relationships and matching their skills with client needs.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills
Willingness to assist where needed
Experience in office environment
Ability to work on call nights and weekends
