The company is hiring for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) and provides full-time Team Members with a comprehensive benefits package and a structured career path. This includes an initial 5-week paid training program leading to a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker, structured leadership training, and a 12-week Store Manager in Training program to prepare for running a store. As a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker), you will deliver outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, promote sales, and facilitate deals on various pawn items. This role offers career growth in a retail setting, allowing you to engage with the community and positively impact lives while leading and coaching Team Members. Your responsibility will be to foster a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from competitors. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 years of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Possess an engaging personality
  • Solid leadership
  • Strong negotiation talents
  • Ability to read and manage customer needs
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent judgment

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items
  • Lead and influence Team Members around you through coaching and hands-on involvement
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition
  • Processing loans and extensions
  • Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
  • Performing opening and closing store procedures
  • Supervising and coaching store Team Members
