About The Position

The role offers a structured career path, including an initial 5-week paid training program leading to a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker, structured leadership training, and a 12-week Store Manager in Training program. As a Retail Shift Manager, you will provide outstanding customer service, build solid customer relationships, and promote sales and deals for a wide variety of pawn items. This position offers career growth in a retail setting, allowing you to connect with the community and positively impact lives while leading and coaching Team Members. Your responsibility is to foster a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN.

  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items
  • Lead and influence Team Members around you through coaching and hands-on involvement
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition
  • Processing loans and extensions
  • Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
  • Performing opening and closing store procedures
  • Supervising and coaching store Team Members
