The company is hiring for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) and provides full-time Team Members with a comprehensive benefits package and a structured career path. This includes an initial 5-week paid training program leading to a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker, structured leadership training, and a 12-week Store Manager in Training program. As a Shift Manager, the role involves providing outstanding customer service, building relationships, promoting sales, making deals, and leading and coaching Team Members to create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN.

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
  • Sales background, a plus
  • Bilingual, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items
  • Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition
  • Process loans and extensions
  • Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures
  • Supervise and coach store Team Members
