The company is hiring for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) and provides full-time Team Members with a comprehensive benefits package for optimal work/life balance. As a Retail Shift Manager, you will provide outstanding customer service, build solid customer relationships, promote sales, and make deals for various pawn items. This role offers career growth in a retail setting, allowing you to connect with the community, make a positive difference, and lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement. The Shift Manager is responsible for fostering a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from competitors. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
  • Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items
  • Lead and influence Team Members around you through coaching and hands-on involvement
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition
  • Processing loans and extensions
  • Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
  • Performing opening and closing store procedures
  • Supervising and coaching store Team Members
