Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • Saturday work required (Sundays OFF!)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, reach above your head, and perform other physically demanding activities
  • A positive attitude, high integrity, and servant spirit
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, or lift as needed for 8-10 hour shifts

Responsibilities

  • Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks and desserts.
  • Deliver meals to guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground area.
  • Effectively manage and lead a team of people to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
  • Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
