About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate record keeping, prepares, reviews and analyzes reports. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for the cage department

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree preferred with four (4) to five (5) years of casino cage experience with at least one (1) year in a cage supervisor role or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to follow and enforce strict procedural guidelines maintained within the department
  • Must be able to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time
  • Good computer and 10-key skills
  • Strong mathematical skill to include, addition, subtraction, multiply, division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves
