Shift Maintenance Lead
About The Position
Shift Maintenance Leader will be responsible for providing shift leadership, technical support and training for all lines in the plant. They will report to a maintenance manager and work hand in hand with on shift site leaders to drive shift output and capability. Shift Maintenance Leader will be the first point of escalation from the line team for any technical problems and will help deliver the business needs regarding accomplishment of shift planning and scheduling and breakdown elimination. Demonstrates effective leadership skills and accountability by mentoring and training line teams.
