Our Shift Leader role is viewed as an entry-level leadership role and we invest time and energy into our Shift Leaders as such, helping to create opportunities for our Shift Leaders to further grow and develop. Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to the team
- Creating positive Guest experiences through the preparation of food, register operation, cleaning, stocking, and organization of the location for Guests
- Train and coach new and existing team members
- Ensure all aspects of each shift run smoothly and effectively
