What you'll do You're the "big cheese" on shift, leading the team while keeping everything running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well assigned. You'll also support the training of new team members, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked. What We're Looking For If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you! Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader position in food/beverage. Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs. Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools. Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House at Story Hill). Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation). English language proficiency is needed. Shift Leader Scheduling and Availability Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone. Downtown is open Friday-Saturday 11am-2am, Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm. Shifts typically start 1-2 hours before open and wrap up 1-2 hours after closing time with shift change typically around 4 or 5pm. Evening closing and weekend availability is required. Requirements
