About The Position

Earn $19-$23/hour an hour by joining the magic behind our legendary pizza pies in Verona.
Ian's Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time Shift Supervisors (Shift Leaders) for our Verona restaurant.
That's right: Verona! We're opening in Summer 2026. We'll be serving up our affordable, craft-quality pizza and this time with an expanded bar to go with it.

$19/hr Guaranteed Minimum. A Shift Supervisor (Leader) typically earns $19-$23/hr.

What you'll do
You're the "big cheese" on shift, leading the team while keeping everything running smoothly.
In this role, you'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well assigned.
You'll also support the training of new team members, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20–50 lbs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
• Must be 18+ (16–17 for Front of House).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is needed.

• Past Supervisor or Shift Leader experience is preferred!
