This is a hands-on, high-volume leadership position inside a fast-paced, systems-driven Chick-fil-A restaurant serving hundreds of guests daily. We are looking for leaders who: Thrive in structured environments Love developing people Hold high standards consistently Believe care and accountability go together This role is designed to develop strong shift leaders into high-impact restaurant operators. The first 30 days are immersive and operational. You will work alongside the team in both Front of House and Back of House positions to master our systems before leading independently.
