About The Position

Opportunity This is a hands-on, high-volume leadership position inside a fast-paced, systems-driven Chick-fil-A restaurant serving hundreds of guests daily. The first 30 days are immersive and operational. You will work alongside the team in both Front of House and Back of House positions to master our systems before leading independently. Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail environment
  • Experience supervising teams of 10+ during busy shifts
  • Experience coaching team members and holding performance standards
  • Open availability, including nights and Saturdays
  • Willingness to work hands-on in both FOH and BOH

Nice To Haves

  • Experience training or developing new leaders
  • Experience in operationally rigorous brands (e.g., Starbucks, Chipotle, Target, similar high-volume concepts)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
